Set up your first site

The setup guide helps you add your identity, market, design, and first website in a few minutes. Every step is optional, saves automatically, and can be resumed later.

Start with honest sample content

Estate Flow can add three illustrated sample listings so your design is easy to review. They are publicly marked as samples, use an approximate map area, stay out of search indexes and your sitemap, and never count toward your listing limit. Example testimonials appear only in the private preview.

Replace the samples

Choose Replace with your listing on a sample. Your real listing is saved first, then that one sample is removed, so the site never becomes empty. You can also remove all samples at once; all remaining samples leave automatically after your third real listing.

Finish later

If you keep the site as a draft or skip setup, the Getting Started card on Overview shows the next real tasks. Its progress comes from your account state, not from clicks.
