Requesting an add-on

The Add-ons area lists professional services available alongside the Estate Flow subscription. Each service explains what is included, how it is billed, and the information needed for a useful request.

Submitting a request does not automatically charge the organization. For quoted work, Estate Flow reviews the scope and presents a quote under Settings → Services. An organization owner or admin accepts payment terms.

Delivery and recurring access

One-time work can be delivered only after payment is recorded. Recurring services remain available while the service order is active; a past-due state pauses delivery handling but does not immediately remove an existing capability. Cancellation removes the capability when the subscription is actually canceled.

Service billing is separate from the core SaaS subscription, so canceling an add-on does not cancel the Estate Flow workspace. Use the service request thread or Support when the scope needs clarification.
