Billing & plans
Plans, trials, and limits
Updated August 30, 2026
Estate Flow has three plans — Trial, Starter, and Pro — managed under Settings → Billing, where you'll also see your current usage against each limit.
Your 14-day trial
Every account starts on a 14-day trial, no card required. Three days before it ends, a quiet banner reminds you to pick a plan.
If the trial ends before you choose one, your account soft-locks: publishing site changes and sending marketing emails pause, and you'll see a short note with a Manage plan link. Everything else keeps working — your published site stays online, your dashboard stays fully readable, and lead and account emails keep arriving.
If a trial goes 16 more days without a plan, your website is taken offline to free up resources. Nothing is deleted. The moment you choose a plan, your site comes back automatically and every lock lifts.
What each plan includes
Pricing and limits are shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Billing — that's always the current, authoritative list. Today: Starter fits a solo agent (more listings, custom domain, email marketing); Pro adds a larger team and priority support.
Limits, and what happens at them
When you reach a limit — say your listing count — Estate Flow stops you from adding more with one quiet message and a Manage plan link. It never deletes anything. If you move to a plan with a lower limit than what you already have, you keep all of it; you just can't add more until you're back under the limit.
Changing plans
Upgrades and downgrades happen through the billing portal. Downgrades keep all your data. Your saved website, listings, contacts, and campaigns are preserved regardless of plan — the only way anything is removed is if you delete it yourself.
