Getting started
Managing your notifications
Updated August 30, 2026
Estate Flow keeps you posted two ways: the bell in your dashboard and email. Both are personal — your settings never change what teammates receive.
The bell
The bell shows your latest updates: new leads, replies, bookings, campaign results, billing and support activity. Click any item to jump straight to it; Mark all read clears the badge. View all opens your full history.
Busy moments collapse: five leads in ten minutes show as one "5 new leads" item that stays current, instead of five pings.
Each category can email you instantly, in a daily summary (one quiet email at 7:00 UTC), or never. During a busy stretch we send the first event right away, hold the rest, and follow with at most one "N more" summary — an open house never floods your inbox.
The weekly digest (Monday) recaps visitors, leads, your top listing, and your best email. Turn it on or off per person in the same place.
Choosing what you get
Settings → Notifications shows every category with its in-app and email setting. Changes save as you make them. The Push column lights up when the mobile app ships.
What you cannot turn off
Security emails — password changes, two-factor changes, sign-out-everywhere — always send. They protect your account and are deliberately outside these preferences.
