Manage workspaces and invite members

Invitations

Owners and admins invite teammates from Settings → Members. Enter the teammate's email and choose member or admin. Invitations expire after seven days and are bound to that exact email address.

A new teammate should create an account from the invitation link. Estate Flow joins them directly to the inviting organization instead of creating an unrelated workspace. Use Resend for a fresh link or Revoke to invalidate one.

Switching workspaces

People who belong to multiple organizations see Switch workspace in the account menu. Switching refreshes the secure organization claim and reloads the dashboard, so data from the previous workspace cannot remain on screen.

Owners manage billing and organization-level access. Promoting someone to owner requires an owner confirmation, and the final owner cannot be removed or demoted.
