Import and organize contacts

Import a clean list

Open Contacts and use the CSV import option. Include an email column and, when available, name, phone, tags, and subscription status. Review the preview before confirming so columns map correctly.

Estate Flow deduplicates around the contact email within the active organization. Keep consent records outside the import when required by your market, and import only people you are allowed to contact.

Leads and contacts

A lead records an inquiry and its property or form context. A contact is the reusable audience record used by email tools. New forms can create or update both without losing the original lead timeline.

Bounced, complained, and unsubscribed addresses enter the suppression list. Suppression is enforced at delivery time across campaigns and sequences; uploading the address again does not bypass it.
