Configure an email sending domain

Updated August 28, 2026

Why verify a domain

A verified sending domain gives your campaigns a consistent branded From address and improves deliverability. Open Settings → Email, add the domain or subdomain you intend to send from, and publish the DNS records shown.

Use a dedicated subdomain such as mail.example.com when you want marketing mail isolated from everyday inbox records. Do not delete existing MX records for your normal email service.

Before sending

Complete the sender name, reply-to address, and physical mailing address. Estate Flow blocks marketing sends without the physical address because every campaign includes the required footer and one-click unsubscribe.

Domain verification may take several minutes after DNS changes. Until it succeeds, Estate Flow can use the platform fallback sender with the plan's lower daily cap. Always send a test before scheduling a campaign.
