Billing, plans, and storage limits

Plans

Open Settings → Billing to review the active plan. Trial is intended for evaluation, Starter covers a single-agent workspace, and Pro adds team seats and higher operating limits. Your subscription plan is separate from one-time or recurring professional services purchased through Add-ons.

Storage includes images, posters, and uploaded video in the asset library. Estate Flow checks both file limits and the organization's plan quota before issuing an upload. Images are capped at 15MB before processing, posters at 10MB, and video at 200MB where the hosted storage plan permits it.

If an upload is rejected because the organization is full, remove unused library assets or manage the plan. Deleting an asset that is still used by a site, listing, brand kit, or email is blocked to prevent broken content.
