Add listings, photos, video, and 3D tours

Create the listing first

Open Listings → Add listing, enter the address, price, status, facts, and description, then upload the strongest photo first. The first photo is used as the listing card image and the detail-page loading image.

Multimedia

Listings can include uploaded MP4 or WebM video, YouTube or Vimeo, Matterport and other supported 3D tours, and floor plans. Embedded experiences use a poster facade and do not load until the visitor taps them. This protects page speed and avoids downloading an iframe nobody uses.

Images should be clear and landscape-oriented. Compress video to 1080p where practical. Uploaded files are stored in the organization library so they can be reused safely.

Saving an address also updates the listing map. If the automatic pin is inaccurate, use Adjust pin; a manually positioned pin is not overwritten by unrelated edits. Choose area privacy to show an approximate circle or hidden to remove the public map.
